I simply aim to swap some of the Diamond City Radio receivers found in the Commonwealth with receivers from Atomic Radio (first file on the download page). I made two versions: both will replace 25% of the radios, but one has the default texture, and the other has a new texture. I set the swap chance to 25% because there are some great mods that enhance Diamond City Radio out there, like Diamond City Radio Extended. If you want a different %, set a different "chanceR" value in Atomic Radio_SWAP.ini (one of the files in the mod).
I have included a ESL-flagged plug-in to account for ON and OFF receivers (Atomic Radio only had a receiver that starts OFF), with a new texture if you pick the main file.
By the way, Atomic Radio is an excellent mod with a lot of custom, high-quality commercials, announcements and plays.
Installation order:
Just make sure that Atomic Radio Receiver ON.esp is loaded after Atomic Radio.esp
