Adds names and icons to the 12 Potted Trees mod. Optionally tweaks the leaf color. ESL flagged.

Anyone who loves decorating their settlements with greenery probably knows about Jet4571's 12 Potted Trees mod — if not, I highly recommend it! However, it was abandoned after upload in a seemingly unfinished state.
This mod simply adds workshop icons and unique names to each of the 12 plants added by Jet's mod. I also added the ESL flag so that it won't add to your plugin count (the formIDs were already compacted, meaning any potted trees you've placed will stay intact even with the new ESL flag).
Under "optional files," I've tweaked the color of some leaves to be warmer and less saturated so they better suit the environment.
This is an ESP replacer, meaning you will still need to download the original mod (found here) for the models and textures it depends on.
