About this mod
Outpost Jahani is a Small Riverside Apartment, nestled in the Far North East Corner of Sanctuary Hills! It's perfect for The Sole Survivor on the go! It has all the basic amenities, including a small Bedroom, One Bath, A Quant Kitchen and a Large Workshop; complete with an equally large cantilever style deck, with duel power armor racks. Enjoy!

"Who or what is a Jahani?!"
Outpost Jahani is named after the former owner of the "Survivalist's Bunker" in Sanctuary, A.K.A. The Root Cellar, A.K.A. SanctuaryBasementJahani(CK). He was known as the resident chem addict of Sanctuary Hills. His bunker has helped many Sole Survivors get a foot hold in this new broken world and it seemed fitting to Pay It Forward.. (also I just really liked the name). In my head canon, we could either find a set of blueprints in the cellar, along with notes "J" had left, describing his idea for a more "permanent and better fortified" post-war home. Or perhaps, the building itself was from the Prewar Military, a "listening post" if you will and we took it upon ourselves to pay-homage after repurposing it.. etc.
"It's a bit basic.."
Initially, this build was meant to be much larger in-scale, as it was intended to be a rendition of Falling Rock, from the acclaimed artist and architect Frank Lloyd Wright! For those that are familiar with my YouTube Builds, you know that F.L.W. is my favorite designer and the quintessential "Go-to Guy" for Postmodern Style! (IMO) Also, several of my last few Blueprints have been very large, requiring countless hours of tinkering to get everything to render correctly and not everyone has an above average computer!
With the "Basic" build, I wanted to go much smaller and take into consideration, not only other people's playstyles, but also other people's gaming set-ups. Basically, I know that not everyone wants to OR even has the space for 20+ different Building Mods with their currant load-out! This build is small, the decorations are minimal and your time is precious! The Spawn/Build Time for The "Basic" Blueprint is only about 5 minutes.. depending on your system! The Basic Version will take up Slot 31 in your Blueprints.
P.S.
I know that with mid-level PCs (potatoes) like mine, it can be rather frustrating to walk back to your home ready for a sleep or even just tinker with your guns, only to have to wait several minutes for all the building's "pieces" to spawn in! A side effect of some larger blueprints.. (IME)
Each Blueprint is Standalone and is not dependent on the other. You may choose to download them all, but only one should be built at a time. Scrap or "Nuke" any build, before you load a different blueprint.

A Fully Decorated, Military Inspired Building. (Your studio apartment is on the second floor)
1 Bathroom (Complete with Working Shower)
A Decent Sized Workshop (Complete with several Artisan Crafting Stations)

Reinforced Version (A.K.A. Version 1.0.2)
Same house as the Basic Version, but it goes a step further. This Blueprint reinforces your condo by filling in the destroyed wall along the river's edge! It has one additional turret, as well as a community sitting area for your friends and allies! It also includes a small green house, upping the Food Production to 6! Takes up Slot 32 in your Blueprints.
Deluxe Version (A.K.A Version 1.2.3)
This Blueprint includes everything from The Reinforced Version! It also includes a Vertibird Landing Pad by Neeher! It is intended for the Personal Vertibird Mod of your choice (Tested). It "should" also support Vanilla Vertibirds as well (Not Tested) It Adds a bed for Dogmeat. As well as some Scrappy Wall Mounted Bobblehead Display(s), 3 Guard Stations and 3 Heavy Bubble Turrets! This will take up Slot 29 in your Blueprints.
