Compability patch for VAFS Redux, True Perks and Lunar Fallout Overhaul. Although main file alone will work without Lunar.

This is the first mod I have ever made. I basically learned modding so I could make this patch and enjoy playing this three grate mods together.
Description
I only attached VAFS specifick efects to TRUE Perks and added descriptios.

- True Perks
- True Perks LFO Patch
- VAFS_true_perk_patch
- VAFS_true_perk_tweaks
Compatibility
VAFS is using its one hidden perks that you get by lerning vanilla perks. You can overite this patch with other perk changing mods and it will work the same, you will lose probably perk descriptions.
Optional File
There is also optional file that removes level requirements from SPECIAL and caps Attributes at 10.
