Fixes an obscure bug where the Junk Jet's projectile will pass through enemies who are in cover without dealing damage.

During my many failed attempts at fixing collision becoming separated from fired items, I inadvertently fixed another existing bug where the projectile will pass right through any enemies who are using cover without damaging them. With the recent release of ZanthirEAS's Capital Wasteland Rock-It Launcher, I figured it would be a good time to post this fix as a sort of companion mod since it also uses the vanilla Junk Jet projectiles. This bug is not currently fixed by the Unofficial Patch.
The following vanilla records are modified:
JunkJetProjectile
JunkJetProjectileFire
JunkJetProjectileShock
The plugin is an esl marked esp and won't take up a load order slot.
