Basicaly:
Add's 10 damage of ballistic, energy, electric(shows as energy), Radiation, Poison, Fire... and some touches here and there...
Freezes on CRIT hit, so you can use Critical hits outside VATS or Creative Perks or Vats.
Requires mod to add/swaps legendary mods...
Made custom File for LEO Compatibility.

Can create them in Chem lab tab Utility (not tested, made with mind on Leo)
Non leo version cost 500 nuclear material - if it actually works ^^
Or if legendary crafting mod, like LM you have, you are probably able to make it on spot (not tested on LM, tested with LEO)
Leo Version requires 500 legendary microchips...

Might cause some bugs, but with my load order it wont ^^.

ESP's flagged ESL's... means it shouldn't take slot to your 255 mod cap.

Works in some ways with any perk modifying mod ^^
What does not work if the mod modify Sneak perk.
For Creative Perks users I recommend install modular + single and from agility everything EXCEPT sneak.

For the Stealth Part...
Sneak06 is here as placeholder and requirement for Invisibility legendary craftable mod, have some properities but No idea if these works or not.
its not in level list, so no one can drop it ^^ So I recommend to use LEO
or LM (is not tested).
For LEO users All the damage mod is here only on L1
Invisibility mod is here for L1-L5. L2-L5 cost additional 50 Legendary microchips and Requiring L1 invisibility..
For some reason you can apply Invisibility on PA as well...

LEO users for best experience use my own LEO patch... IT just adds LEO things to be able to use it from getgo ^^... Not require any custom patch.
It was done in Xedit (FO4edit).

yep uses chameleon scripts... but I deleted the annoying flash and sounds (honestly just copied chameleon in fo4edit and modiffied it) ^^. you can go wild and all legendary 5 slots on everypiece outfit/wearable armor as I have it in video ...  BTW: i had good result only with 1 Invisibility mod applied when I beta tested it ^^.

I used silenced gun, but enemy will notice you if you use loud weapons ^^...
