Adds 9 new armors and 1 new helmet, using assets from the NCR Outfit pack, which are textured for use by the Minutemen. These can be crafted at the Chemistry Station, and there is an experimental Leveled List patch included, although I'm not fully satisfied by the results. The Ranger and Riot armors have three different texture options at the Armor workbench, and the helmet has corresponding options, as well as an additional General paint option earned after joining the Minutemen.
