Put this mod near the bottom of your load order There's been a few Fiddler's Green settlement mods over the years, but none of them have had everything I want in a settlement. So I made my own, with everything I felt was missing and more.
Features:
Immersive Repairing for the center office building. Door snap points have also been added to the office's doorways.
Highly Scrappable, nearly everything except the repairable office building can be scrapped.
Regenerated Precombines
Custom Borders which perfectly match the build space.
Fully Navmeshed in a way that dynamically adjusts as your scrap and repair.
Attack Points beyond the build area from each direction but especially the main road.
Full Functionality such as radiant quests, minutemen quests, raider quests, recruitment, provisioners, and so on.
A Trash Cleanup Box, scrap the box to optionally and instantly scrap most trash and debris, located on the workbench.
The Wild Tarberries in the pool have been linked to the settlement and as such can be farmed with any mod that adds wild plant farming, such as Fully Functional Wild and Fresh Crops.

This mod can be added mid-game. Save somewhere far enough away that the trailer park's cells aren't loaded before installing. The settlement itself is unlocked by clearing the ghouls from the area, if they're already cleared 1 new ghoul will spawn, kill the ghoul and it will unlock Compatibility
SS2 Compatible.
Compat versions are needed for mods that alter the same cells. Those versions are listed below, use only 1 at a time.
Versions, use only 1 at a time:
Default File - For general use, is the main file. Use this unless you’ve got a mod that will conflict.
PRP Compat - Alternative version compatible with PRP. Replaces the main file, don't use both at the same time. Goes below PRP.
TarsiYagi Redrocket PRP Compat - For those that use T&Y's Redrocket's PRP version.
TftC Precom Patch Compat - For this patch to TftC. TftC on its own does not need a compat, it works with any file.

Tarberry Swap - swaps the wild tarberries in the pool for normal ones.
TftC Hippies to Settlers - Not needed in order to work with TftC, just gives the hippies it added to Fiddler's Green settler functionality, but makes them less chatty. Can be installed anytime. Without this the settlement will still work, the Hippies will just be freeloaders instead.
