Changed hidden perk to use FormID List instead of GetIsID. The mod works as usual and xedit no longer reports harmless errors.
Version 1.1
Include the overlooked "PerkBobbleheadExplosives" in this mod's system and apply the 15% explosive damage increase. "SCAV! - Cautionary Crafts" is still intentionally overlooked as it doesn't make sense to require DLC for the 5% explosive damage increase.
Also, Plasma grenade/Plasma mine secondary damage is now fixed, and Molotov cocktail flame is also affected.
[Compatibility] The biggest advantage of this mod is that nothing in the game is edited. This mod adds a hidden perk to the player and makes this work. So this mod has a 0% chance of causing a conflict, but it may not be compatible with explosives coming from other mods. If so, please let me know first. Then I'll see if I can work on it. This mod is compatible with Demolition Expert Excludes Explosive Legendary mod.
BTW, cryo explosives were already scaled without this mod and it wasn't even energy damage. I made it possible to be affected just in case, so if you have mods that apply energy or cryo damage to cryo explosives, they might work out of the box.
[Q&A] Q: Why? A: Because Demolition Expert affects "explosives" and all grenades and mines are "explosives". They even have "WeaponTypeExplosive" keyword. Q: ESL/ESPFE? A: Do you think it's easy? If so, that means you can do it yourself. Not rude, I'm lazy. I've uploaded the ESPFE version, as the mod is complete and doesn't seem to need any more updates.
