1.1 Update:
Apologies, I zipped and uploaded the wrong files for the Recruitable Settler Refid's.
batfiles REC3DNPC and RECNPC are still correct as well as their Refid's in the list, only RECSET and their Refid's in the main list were incorrect.
Added 3DNPC followers R4-04, Audrey and Birdie to the main list.

Simple notepad file to use as a reference to see which NPC's are added by 3DNPC, Recruitable Settlers and Recruitable NPC's.
Contains Name > Refid > Location >> Requirements > Bonus
Though you can find each list seperately, they dont all contain the Refid's should you need them and personally i find it cumbersome to have several lists/websites open to keep track or search for a refid to move an NPC to me.
Made in Notepad++ so opening it in another editor wont show it as a neat list, Notepad++ is also the easiest to use to replace the XX in the form id with the correct "Mod Index" of the mod(s) in your loadorder.
If you feel particularly adventurous, dont mind your PC going up in smoke because you need an excuse to buy a new one anyway.
I added 3 bat files with the Refid's of all the NPC's witthout a requirement so you can move them all to you at once. Simply open the batfile in Notepad++ and replace all XX with the correct "Mod Index" number. Save and put the files into your Fallout 4 directory (Where your Fallout.exe is)
Open the Console and type:
bat 3dnpc
bat recset
bat recnpc
You can then talk to them and recruit them.
I suggest you build a large pen before you do, because they will start to walk back to wherever you teleported them from.
Convenient if you quickly want to fill up a settlement with unique settlers and dont want to wait for the recruit beacon, run around the commonwealth recruiting or use a mod like Spawnable NPC's button or buildable settler mods.
