Do not install heavy fog, it is not very good for the game (it is hard to see in thick fog), the temperature of the video card rises strongly and the load on the card too. Absolutely not justified.

Loosen up enb and reshade by combining vanilla and real storms as much as possible. I needed a preset to play at 60 frames per second (gtx1080) with parallax and good shadows, dark nights and interiors. I use gaming HBAO+, bokeh, taa (for Nvidia, enable DSR for 100% anti-aliasing). If you have a Nvidia card, set the driver (NVIDIA settings) to vertical synchronization - adaptive. If you have an AMD card, press the SHIFT+ ENTER key combination in the game - the table opens - select the FPS limit of 60 in it and save the settings (only for AMD graphics card users).
Do not forget to turn off vertical synchronization in the game settings, fallout4prefs.ini in the [Display] section, find iPresentInterval and replace 1 with 0 (disable) and save. The file is located in the folder My Documents -My Games - Fallout 4
You need the latest version of enb 0489 Boris Vorontsov and the latest version of reshade 5.7.0. or better
Copy the contents of the archive to the folder with the game, confirm the replacement of files when requested.
