Just a redesign for my Sanctuary Hills settlement... design... I will not be re-making any more versions for this particular settlement. I built it for time saving and utility purposes in mind. I hope it can help you save time in building as well.

I don't know if everyone already knows this but, you can just manually download the blueprint data, extract it and put the json file into your game file (Fallout 4 > Data > F4SE > Plugin > TransferSettlements > blueprints). You can also assign which slot it will take in the holotape by putting the extracted json file into a new folder in the blueprints subfolder renamed with what ever number you want, in this case it was set to 1 in my PC so it was the first settlement listed in the holotape.
