Dankrafft for the LL inject script
- Increased damage to 40 for each damage type
- Reduced capacity to 16
- Reduced critical damage multiplier value consistent with FROST Official Updates (Redux)
- Renamed capacitors so they are named like vanilla/frost plasma gun capacitors(Improved -> Boosted, Superior-> Maximized, Exceptional-> Overcharged)
- Disabled Lobber Barrel(Grenade Launcher Barrel) spawning and crafting
- De-leveled modcols
- Weapon spawns on federation, military remnants, vendors and rarely on survivors
- Rebalanced Handmade Sheathed Barrel, Sheated Barrel and Railgun Barrel
