Yeah, I tested this myself many times, I really had little to do to win other than looting their corpses after the commotion has settled.
I think I don't need to remind you but, you're gonna have to move the crops up there yourself before you import this settlement blueprint for this place.
My standard stuff, elevated safe farming area, all basic workbenches, Fusion Generator and decon arch.
EDIT : I derped, you have to move the crops AFTER you finish and STABILIZE the import process.
