Compatibility patch for Ketaros World Base Object Swapper and Simple Smokes

Allow Simple Smokes's Cigarette Packs to use the wonderful Textures and Model from Ketaros World. Uses Base Object Swapper to change Misc Item Cigarettes Pack to Aid item Cigarettes Pack with random Textures from Ketaros World.
The mod uses a modified esp and swap ini from Ketaros World - Unofficial Update. It is an older build of the mod so no RobCo Patcher or FIS support. From the older comments I also believe the Patreon version is also unsupported.

- Fowarded the Levelist changes from Simple Smokes
- Changed Ketaros World - Unofficial Update Cigarette pack to use the Aid item Cigarettes Pack instead.
- Removed Cigarettes Pack from Simple Smokes's SWAP_INI
