Adds a custom Shelf, Base Object Swapper support, RobCoPatcher support, and FIS support to BH Grenade Pack - German Edition

What This Mod Does:
- Replaces Frag Grenade, Frag Mine, and BaseballBat in the world with the BH Grenade Pack counterparts Using Base Object Swapper.
- Items have a 25% chance to swap
- Adds the Grenade and Mine to the appropriate leveled list and from lists
- Adds a Shelf to display the Grenades on :)
- Base Object Swapper Only swaps items in the world, Items in containers/inventory will not be affected
- BH Grenade Pack - German Edition - Required
- BH M67 Fragmentation Hand Grenade - Optional
- Base Object Swapper - Required
- RobCo Patcher - Optional - Minimum version supported: 3.1.0
- Baka Framework is required for Base Object Swapper to function
