3 patches. Horizon 1.8 and 1.9, and generic for items no respawn and weather.

All:
Items and containers set to no respawn. Encounter zone set to no reset. Did the best I could to get all the significant items like weapons, ammo, medical, and expensive stuff. There are too many to go through, it is what it is.
Added weather. Will be mostly clear and sunny, minor clouds, small chance of showers with a rarely occurring rad storm. Winds coming in from the north east.
There seems to be an issue with some of the clothing and the Giddyup Head helmet. The helmet is missing textures and the clothing doesn't show up in my inventory. Could be on his end. Not significant.
One of the settlements has some wonky borders. I didn't fix this.
Let me know about any other issues. I actually haven't gone through *the entire* map yet but most of it.
Horizon 1.9:
Armor, NPCs, Weapons, items patched.
Items have been giving appropriate categorization and utility. There are a handful of unique items that are now ($). Can also be traded to Crazy Eddie for some vendor credits. (He's crazy, he loves the random antique stuff). Deck of cards added to Misc vendor lists.
Pitchfork and rake weapons can be turned into simple tools in the tech bench. They are added to the leveled lists to the appropriate vendors.
Black Scarecrow Hat added to LL for workshop clothing and Caravan armor.
LL added via Zaw's addon quest script
Horizon 1.8:
Same as above but not quite as nuanced. No simple tools for the weapons. Less with the LLs. Less NPCs patched. (it's not that significant)
