So what was first a joke became a decent idea, then a suggestion, at some point a request by bakelite and finally a fully fledged model with it's own tweaked textures.

The model was made using the EOtech exps3 as it's main inspiration.
This modders resource includes three variants of the same sight, each looking heavier and more advanced in tech. I also included four variants of the same texture:
- black with the gek-tec logo
- black without the logo
- purple with the gek-tec logo
- purple without the gek-tec logo
These textures are based off of the thermal scope textures and were tweaked to my liking. There are also 4 reticle textures to choose from if vanilla doesn't cut it.

The models are scaled and positioned so that they can also be used as a replacer for the assault rifle reflex sight. 
Upon trying to in fact add the sight to the assault rifle, I've noticed how false this statement is and I really had no idea what I was talking about.

the gek-tec logo was made by gek2win (with the additional help of JohnMcPudding and MikMet) so show them some love.

The sight is used in the following mods:

Update: Version 1.1
Made the sight window bigger so that the view is less obstructed by the sight frame. Also improved the glass UVs so that there's less smudges and it actually looks decent.
Added some custom reticle textures that are in line with the gek-tec logo.
