About this mod

Patching of everything. Stand-alone patch and one that will require my Horizon and Children of Atom mod.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Patching of ingestibles, weapons, armor, NPC's, containers, item no-respawns ( there are A LOT of fucking items)

All relevant items that I had in my Horizon and Children of Atom patch is copied over. So the way I did those Ingestibles, Armor, and Weapons are the same. I find them well balanced now.

Items exclusive to South of the Sea are kept in as well. They shouldn't be overpowered and they're part of the original flavor of the mod and necessary for some of the quest / lore to really make sense so I didn't want to remove them.

Gurutar's stand-alone patch is different than mine. Please check his out and decide for yourself. I had been working on this long before and was doing it to fit into my larger patch. I'm posting this up as an option and because I have it already.

- Hyper was tweaked a bit. It causes immunosuppression with a chance to give Insomnia but does have utility. I increased the buff time to 2 min and it gives AP +50 instead of 20.  I did remove the immolation effect, feeling it too out of place within Horizon. It requires Chemistry skill plus more ingredients to craft.

- The Swamper's Moonshine can be converted to Alcohol in the chemlab.

- Swampfolk had no combat style so I gave them Raider Ranged.

Quick summary of my Horizon and Children of Atom mod:

Creates a nuanced and fleshed out experience for the CoA and requires CoA Settlers and Church of Atom mod. Includes Micolov's Uradium Rifle and a revamped Rad Rifle. Commonwealth Children of Atom are currently 8 different NPCs within a hierarchy of light, moderate, and heavy. CoA Settlers are well integrated within Horizon and is an optional settlement feature (you have to build two different settlement items and donate nuclear material). The Far Harbor CoA items have been slightly tweaked. This creates an overall tougher experience when dealing with the CoA in the field.
