This settlement includes a player sleeping area and is survival playthrough friendly

There are six vanilla guard stations (2 jobs) around the settlement as well as the various crops that equal (1 job), luck training, multiple settler (2) caravan services and the mayor’s desk.

The Settlement Levels are designed to be: 8, 10, 15, 20. settlers respectively at L0, L1, L2, L3.

• You will need to increase your settlement budget once, by 100%. 
• There is no power at level 0, but will be there starting L1
• You’ll find a mattress on the floor of your new home. This is your place to sleep for levels 0 and 1. Afterward, you’ll find your own nicely decorated bedroom on the third floor.
• The Carpenter’s Plot may need to be refreshed when it builds at L1. If you have less than 10 beds showing, that’s the issue. 
  
  

In the past, I’ve played on an upper-mid rig and managed 25 plans of this size quite easily. However, in my experience, mixing in some one-level plans seems to help with the script lag issues caused by all the mods we love + many plans all leveling up during gameplay. I’ve uploaded a level 3 only plan for this reason. 

**If you use this, you will want to note that there should be two multi-settler 2x2 plots by Ohnno (4 settlers each), one corner cot plot for (6) in the shack and two (2) settler plots in the other shack by the caravan and the trailer. The rest are single settler shack-style residential plots.


Note: Inevitably, in all city plans, minor issues arise some of the time with no clear consistency. There are just so many scripts. It just happens. So let’s do a quick checklist:

• Do you have settlers standing around in clumps doing nothing? If it’s just a few who are all assigned to agricultural plots, that might just be what they do for part of the day. However, Scripts + ‘too many settlers’ (turrets and spotlights count as ‘settlers’) can cause larger groups to stand about. Consider using THIS awesome extra mod ‘More NPCs’ by Gorgulia. You do not need Realistic Convos. 
• Power. It likes to break. 
  
  

• Start by grabbing any plot displaying the unpowered icon and then let it go -  to snap back into place. This resets the plot and usually forces it to find the radiant power. In testing, this almost always works.
• In all of my plans, power originates in the outhouses. The only exception in this plan is the beacon and water pump powered by a mini generator attached to a tree.
  

If you have power issues beyond what I’ve described here, I recommend these options:

• Cheat! Use something like: Alex’s Settlement Power Pylon.
• Use the mod, Very Small Generators and throw power in where it’s needed.
  

So many mods, so little room! 
Climbable Ladders for Settlements These are much more usable and cool to replace the ones I use in my plans - or to build awesome stuff yourself!
EoW - Pre-War Books Retexture - Changes all book covers in game. Great way to improve the vanilla clutter assets.
Settlement Activity Markers These provide more things for settlers to do (in addition to some important assets) While the markers don’t export in City Plans, they can be used in game to liven up your settlements! 
Settlement Tidy Bot to rid yourself of those pesky bodies and skeletons!
