Gives various waist-wrapped jumpsuits to wastelanders using Spell Perk Item Distributor.

By default, this mod gives a 20% chance for any Settler, Diamond City Resident, and Goodneighbor Drifter to be given 1 of 6 variants of the mechanic jumpsuit or Red Rocket jumpsuit, and a 20% chance any Institute Worker or Scientist to be given 1 of 3 variants of the Institute uniform. This number was chosen to add variety without being too common, but this value can easily be changed in the .ini to any desired value.
In addition, Rufus Rubins, Davies, Deb and Connie Abernathy are assigned specific jumpsuits. Timothy the runaway synth is also given a new outfit befitting his status as an escapee.
Includes a light flagged .esp that contains the necessary outfit and leveled list records and the _DISTR.ini needed to actually distribute.
Compatible with basically anything; the .esp only contains outfit and leveled list records, and SPID supersedes hard edits. If you're using another mod that changes a specific NPC's outfit and prefer that mod's changes to this, go into the included .ini and remove the affected NPC. Conversely, if you think I missed someone totally obvious, add a copy of the distribution script to the .ini and replace the name with that NPC's display name.
Due to FO4's limitations, SPID cannot give outfits to NPCs that have already been loaded in a save game, and as such a new game is recommended; nothing is going to break if you install this mid playthrough, but if you want to see the new outfit you'll need to resetinventory that NPC then equipitem.
