When the first snowflakes falling it is not long until the current camo pattern is detrimental, thus the FSD breaks out the winter uniforms and repaints their armor.
The meat and potatoes of this mod is changing out the OMODs in the armor object templates to default to winter camos, enjoy the nuclear winter and remember that you are thankfully no longer patrolling the Mojave.
