Been wiping and reinstalling fallout lately and almost deleted my save with this build.
I'm posting this to act as online storage of sorts, and share what I've done to some people who might like it.

Paste file into a folder without a prior blueprint in your blueprints folder
usually the file path looks like this
Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\TransferSettlements\blueprints
