   Increases the Workshop Productivity to 10 times more than normal.
   This should make your settlements progress a little bit faster ;-)
   
   * Better Repair Effeciency
   * Better Settler Effeciency, more resources faster
   * And still some undocummented effects as I myself is not 100% sure exactly what more is effected.

   Place the workshopscript.pex inside your SCRIPTS folder
