Very small consistency patch for Church of Atom Overhaul that changes some consumables to be in line with Thrive Redone.
Changes:
rebalanced weight of Gutworm Colony, MoThEr's Milk, Water Angels
Holy Water now restores AP and not Health, also rebalanced its weight
carried over one typo fix from UF4P (Child of Atom Long Rags -> Child of Atom Long Rags)
carried over Far Harbor changes for two cloth pieces
