Simple mod that alleviates WARS' rampant stuttering issue

This mod will be made obsolete by the next WARS update, so I'm archiving it to prevent confusion.
Only keeping the mod page up cause I like the header.
This mod is mostly a stop gap measure for WARS' sometimes extreme stuttering issue until a more proper fix is made.
In my testing with this simple fix I saw significantly lessened/lightened stuttering with no notable loss of WARS functions.
All I had to do was change the Dummy weapon levelled lists off of Use All, so instead of loading NPC inventories with a separate dummy weapon for every ammo type, the NPC only get one randomly selected Dummy. The result is far lighter stutters when they do happen, while also still having enemies using different ammo types.
