- Better Bullets now only applies to ballistic weapons (this should fix overpowered energy weapon bugs)
- Fixed wasteland whisperer not being obtainable.
- Fixed all Nuka Colas having the bonus luck feature from alchol.
- Gifteds clarified Skill point reduction and made it a fixed value of - 3
- Acrobat buffed to +100/200% jump height from +75/150%
- One In a Million reworked to have a 5% chance to take 50% extra damage from enemies and fixed it not providing the cirical hit chance
- Paralizing Palm no longer says it has 5 ranks and reduced level requirement down to 28
- Rip & Tear no longer spams a message every time it triggers.
- Rip & Tear now properly upgrades the amount healed at level 2
