A small compatibility patch for using Oynlen and DeathByKitty's A Forest together with MadRoX's Sanctuary Estates - Institute Version. Should work with the other versions too.

Version 1.1
removed additional Trees
Version 1.0
initial Version
This small patch (eslified esp) removes the trees added by A Forest from the Buildings added by Santuary Estates - Institute Version. Some surrounding trees have been removed too when they grew out of other structures added by Sanctuary Estates such as piers and walls. It´s not a full cleanup, i left many trees in place especiallly on the path leading around Sanctuary, just because it makes more sense that nature is taking over the commonwealth again. I tested this patch with the Institute version only, but as far as i remember the other versions of Santuary Estates use similar placements for the the buildings so this patch should work for those versions, too.
Important!
Load Order is very important. It should basically look like this:
1 Base Game Files 2 other Master files 3 Unofficial Patch 4 FATE Core Fixes if you use them 5 A Forest 6 A Forest Tree Trim 7 SanctuaryEstates-AForest 8 ... all other mods x Clean&Simple Mods (no longer on Nexus but i cannot play without them y Revived Settlement z Sanctuary-estates-clean-INST (I always place such mods to the absolute end of my load order and never experienced any problems)
I just took a short look at the mod, well, maybe 4 or 5 short looks... Just in case i missed a tree in a building feel free to add the ObjectID to the comments section. How to get it? Open the console (here i could tell you its the Ö key but only if you are using a German keyboard layout), next click on the tree and you will see an ObjectID for this tree right in the center of the screen.
Update: Version 1.1 removes 20+ additional trees in the surrounding area that kept bugging me, mostly floating trees at the river behind Sanctuary as well as some trees found when using the path around Sanctuary outside of the wall.
