I always thought it would be cool if the ghouls had glowing red eyes like the zombies in Dead Rising. I've been playing a lot of zombie mods lately, it's spooky season, I've been considering making a zombie themed quest so I figured why not? How hard can it be to give ferals glowing red eyes? Turns out, with the amazing Material Editor by ousnius, it's extremely easy.
There are two versions: one for Vanilla Ghouls and one for the Fallout 3 - NV Feral Ghouls Replacer by TheFriedTurkey - My favorite ghoul replacer because god they are so beautiful. They look better with the red eyes as well, thanks to their big beautiful eye sockets. You only need one, obviously.
