The enemies of pointlookout have an additional BUFF that allows them to deal very high additional damage to the player. The value of this BUFF is 35, but the actual effect in the game will far exceed the number of 35. I have tried wearing a set of power armor and it seems that it has no protective effect At All ,One foe That Useing A .32rifle Can kill Me With Two Shots No matter What Armor I Wearing This patch reduces the value brought by this BUFF from 35 to 5, making it acceptable
