Player Home/Settlement that was Created for the Collection A StoryWealth, but does not require it.
This Player Home is a replacement of the Croup Manor Basement and requires you to "repair" it, since there is a workshop attached to this Home, you would need to build the interior yourself or use the City Plan I made for it which can be downloaded as a separate mod.
