patched so IAF and Have a Beer animations dont overwrite each other

Only patched the ingestibles that comes with Have a Beer, I may look into doing others. Also fixed infinite refreshing beverage duration.
What it do
Normal IAF animations work while standing and Have a Beer animations will now only play while your sitting.
Expect for vanilla alcohol and Coffee(s) added by Have a beer. The aforementioned items will play the full standing and sitting animations. I left them in on purpose as they look pretty good and I just assumed alcohol isnt a combat ingestible for most players I dunno.
UF4OP changes have been forwaded onto the patched ingestibles. If your not going to load it at the bottom, please check xEdit for any conflicts, quite a few mods edit ingestibles. Resolve accordingly.

Known Issues:
The script to fire the Have a Beer animation is tied to the MGEF from ingesting the relevant item. That effect also has a duration which dictates the length of the animation. If the ingestible is patched to play IAF animations while standing, the Have a Beer MGEF is activated for the length of the duration however no animation will play because the condition requires the player to be sitting. If you sit in a chair during that duration the animation will play for the remainder. Not a big deal, and maybe you like it I dont know.
DIY:
Block IAF animation -> add keyword IAFBeer_Exclude [KYWD:XX000001] to ingestible
Block Have a Beer animation -> remove MGEF AD_XXXXX from ingestible
Change Have a Beer animation duration -> ingestible MGEF AD_XXXXX change duration (under magnitude and area)
Stop Have a Beer standing animation -> ingestible MGEF AD_XXXXX add condition -> Equal to 3 GetSitting
