Consistency adjustments for names and descriptions in ITI - FROST Patch (non-final version).

A little patch to increase naming and description consistency in ITI - FROST patch (non-final version).
I didn't change any effects.
1. ITI items that heal limb damage were sometimes named bandages and sometimes dressing. FROST items were also called bandages despite the fact that they heal HP. That's confusing.
Now effect defines item's name:
1. Bandages heal limb damage.
2. First Aid Kits heal limb damage and HP.
2. Changed some prefixes to be more intuitive.
For bandages they reflect disease chance and efficiency:
Used > Dirty > Improvised > Clean > Sterile
For First Aid Kit prefixes show efficiency:
Improvised First Aid Kit > First Aid Kit > Doctor's First Aid Kit
3. Shortened, improved descriptions and fixed some errors.
Error example: Default description for Homemade Raider Bandage and Improvised Field Dressing stated that they both have fair disease chance, when Raider Bandage disease chance is actually twice higher.
Lack of info example: Doctor's Bag needed new description to show how much limb damage it heals by ITI standards, and if it provides dressing, stabilization or both.
