The Norwegian Raiders? The FMS Northern Star Ghouls? Whatever...
I actually made my own "template" for these guys last year if I ever wanted to do something with them but I left it alone since it required a bit of manual editing of their entries (really should start using RobCo Patcher for this kind of thing...). Blah blah blah, potential conflicts and all that, then I forgot about it.
Then rsm000rsm's Bug Fix - Norwegian Ghoul comes out and sparked some motivation in me again and the rest is history.
You may need to start a new game for the outfits to appear for already existing Norwegian Castaways/Raiders (or just use the resurrect command on them). Newly spawned Norwegian Castaways/Raiders should work as intended.

- Norwegian Castaways/Raiders wear varied Wetsuits
- Buffed Rags, the Ghoul boss of the FMS Northern Star (using Vaultman - Enemies and Bosses as a direct reference)
- The worn wetsuits gain the 'ap_legendary' attach point, have increased weight, & reduced value
- Incorporates rsm000rsm's "fix" (Probably. I never actually downloaded it so I don't know if that's how he did it)
- ESL-flagged ESP file; so you can change where you want it in your load order without it counting towards your ESP plugin limit
POTENTIAL ISSUES:
- The Norwegian Ghouls have their entries manually edited to use the new outfits as they normally use generic raider outfits. May conflict with other mod overhauls that affect them. Sort your load order accordingly!
