Adds the Enclave logo + flags to the "Black" color selection of the "Canvas Backpack" on the armor workbench (original "Black.dds - Copy" included)

Also adds a glow map (Black_g.dds) for the Enclave logo. Modification of the material file "Black.bgsm" (original "Black.bgsm - copy" included)
