About this mod
Tarsis31 and Yagisan's Bridgeport Settlement is an updated, and converted version of the original Bridgeport Settlement by JKalts and Tarsis31. Made with the gracious permission of JKalts and Tarsis31.
PreVis and Precombines have been created, and this settlement is compatible with Sim Settlements 2, and the Previsibines Repair Pack.

The original Bridgeport Settlement was a unique mod, adding a settlement centered around and under a bridge. However, it had some issues. With the gracious permission of JKalts and Tarsis31 I took version 1.2 of their mod, and set about changing and fixing the things that bugged me most.
This settlement is fully compatible with Sim Settlements 1 and Sim Settlements 2, including working supply lines.
While you can claim this settlement at any time, thematically it makes sense to do it while playing through the Reunions quest. It will automatically unlock as you and Dogmeat cross the bridge.
Primary Differences
- JKalts, Tarsis31 and Yagisan's Bridgeport Settlement is an ESL file and does not count against your ESP mod limit.
- I fixed all deleted records, and removed all identical to master records.
- I removed all DLC requirements.
- Enlarged build area, including settler access to the undersides of the bridge.
- I created custom scrap lists for the location.
- I removed many of the brambles and much of the scrub because it really bugged me.
- The observation deck railings, chairs, and a selection of trees not being scrappable is a design choice.
- I replaced, and consolidated the Workshop activation script.
- Minutemen radiant quests can now use Bridgeport as a valid target.

- New PRP-style precombines generated.

JKalts, Tarsis31 and Yagisan's Bridgeport Settlement was forked off from JKalts and Tarsis31's Bridgeport version 1.2
