Changelogs
Version 003
Fixed Static Attentuation (db) back to vanilla
Version 002
Added missing hardlanding sound file fixes
Overview
This mod fixes a couple of bugs which appeared because 3rd and 1st person was not properly split.
By default various sound files were not applied, some sound files were to silent and many missed their condition based on camera view, 1st/3rd person. Which caused PA not to sound like it should ...
Spoiler:
Show
For whatever reason vanilla FO4 used "data\Sound\FX\xxx\xxx_placeholder_silence.wav" for:
Both used "data\Sound\FX\FST\ArmorPower\FST_ArmorPower_Dirt_Walk_1st_##.wav" for whatever reason. See, it clearly says "Run" not "Walk" in EDID. Now those records were fixed aswell.
The most fatal vanilla issue from my perspective in terms of immersion, atmosphere whatever you call it is the fact the the 1st person sound file was ducked by the 3rd person sound file since 3rd person condition flagg were missing;
Subject.IsPC1stPerson = 0.0000 AND was missing.
Installation
This mod can be in/-uninstalled anytime.
The plugins are ESL-flagged, don't count against normal ESP/ESM limit. This mod does not affect precombined meshes or PreVis data.
Compatibility
Compatible with everything not touching the power armor footstep sound records. Load order should not matter much.

Epilogue
Now what is the result of all this? Immersion, now it feels like your walking in a tank. This is what it was supposed to sound. The vanilla records applied 3rd person sound to 1st person sound for no reason. Now it sounds a bit like you're separated from the outside world.
