Replaces the Rusty Vanilla X-01 with Atlas Summit X-01, which will upgrade to AR2 X-01

The basic idea of this mod is a headcanon I have when playing AR2 with Atlas Summit installed.
The basic premise is that the Enclave X-01 we see in Atlas Summit is of an older paint design. A much older Standard-Issue which is replaced by the Sleek new black finish of the America Rising 2 X-01. This mod should make that headcanon into a tangible reality. The rusty X-01 that Enclave Troopers have early on should now be replaced with the Atlas Summit colors, which, in time, will be replaced by the sleek new AR2 colors to simulate that idea.
