Adds Atlas Summit X-01 to the pre-upgraded troopers to simulate an upgrade from an older model to the new black model. Suits are now X-01 MK I. Hard to consider it an upgrade if they're all MK-VI.
New Game Required to take effect if upgrading from old one

Replaces rusty X-01 with Atlas Summit X-01. Does not touch upgraded AR2 X-01. The idea is to upgrade from Atlas Summit design to AR2 design.

As per request of AgentK13, this one should replace the *upgraded* suits, rather than the rusty suits.
