The Patch overwrites the PEACE Safe Location List. If you use a mod that changes the PEACE Safe Location List you will have to make a patch to ensure their are no conflicts.
MUST LOAD AFTER MAIN FILE
A Patch for Heather Casdin to be played with WARS and PEACE
All bonus weight gains that Heather gives are increased by 5 down from 25. This includes her bonus's too.
All food items that healed now do not heal and give rads based on PEACE
All med have been changed in some way
Weapon's and Armor has been changed.
Mom's power armor was changed.
All items that removed rads now do not.
Starting CAPS and Total caps are changed. You can use the terminal in either the bunker or by buiding one in workshop. Starting is 85 and the highest option is 2500 tho i recommend to keep it at 85.

The self heal ability you get from drinking the tea as been knocked down to only kick in below 20% health and the rate is reduced to half of normal.
