Extream changes to weight from the base mod. Carry weight was reduced by 9 times to put the patch inline with peace
All special effects were not changed. Tho some of the radaway ones may be changed in the future
Most bags sizes are matched to their peace version as far as extra carry weight.
No bag size has a carry cap upgrade beigger then leather, you can get more carry wieight from some later PEACE backpacks
How ever some later BOTC have extra base carry weight as high as +13 you its poissbile to go over what a PEACE leather backpack with give you
Alot of bonus resistances to physical, energy, and rad was heavely reduced to be in line with PEACE
