I based my patch on this ESP replacer - possibly works with only original mod as well

Compatibility patch for "Tales from the Commonwealth" and "Hilda Hughes - An Institute Story" with optional Vanilla or ELFX-Previs
What the mod does: - Moves the door used by Hilda Hughes in Harbormaster Hotel ("Waterfront") to another place on the same floor - Removes and hides the clutter/gravel surrounding the door's new location
Previs/Precombine has then been regenerated using PJM's automated script.
Note: I made this mod pre-emptively. This means that I have went into the cell, checked that the relocated door is where it should be, that it works, that you can go in and out, that the changes made by Hilda Hughes have been reversed, etc. - but I have not played both mods' quests since making the patch.
EDIT: This is un-tested with new ELFX-Previs updates.
