Adds in a gatling gun for use in settlement decoration

Adds in a gatling gun settlement object under the special tab, simple as that. It doesn't add any turrets or any other defensive structures.
This mod is a teaser for a bunch of other weapon mods I'm making. The gatling gun will bea .45-70 heavy weapon, present within the minutemen faction.
This mod also serves as a demonstration of making new assets using purely vanilla resources.
The assets used in the mod are a mix of the minigun, pipe rifle, .44 revolver and combat shotgun as well as the magnifying glass for the sight. Any weapon retextures will affect the gatling gun. I strongly suggest using the mod alongside gmoid6's pipe gun retexture, which is also showcased in the screenshots.
