A clean outpost plan for 9/12/18 soldiers. Watch your forces rebuild Hangman's Alley! Renovated apartments, rooftop recreation, and a snazzy penthouse Player Home with crafting, expand and conquer Boston from this tiny urban citadel just outside Diamond City. At LVL 3, it features a Hospital, Caravan Services, Communications, Watchtower, Cemetary, Sanitation, Battlefield Scavengers, Military Training, Agility Training, Mess Hall, Armory, and two Martial Defense Plots.

NOTE 1: Some vanilla objects may need to be scrapped with Place Everywhere to make your settlement match my pictures. If you want to match my pictures, install Place Everywhere and its requirements. In Workshop Mode, press the INS key to toggle Extra Object Selection and delete the two fire barrels inside the settlement and hanging corpses outside the settlement. I am using the default scrap profiles for Hangman's Alley provided by the Sim Settlements team to ensure compatibility for users and competition validity.

NOTE 2: Your settlement will look nothing like mine and MAY NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY without downloading the Add-On Packs listed under Mod Requirements. Please ensure you download all Add-On Packs for the best user experience.
