Pipe Gun Improvements, created by CodeBlackCrash, who also gave us Munitions, is:
A small overhaul of the pipe gun family that includes balance adjustments, Munitions integration, and a shared attachment system to make pipe guns more viable for low-level or loot-restricted playthroughs.
For the last +/- two years, I have used Pipe Gun Improvements and the re-texture mod Scrap Metal and Makeshift Welds by Gmoi6 to overhaul pipe weapons in my game. I also added the Attachment Pack when it became available.
Recently, I was excited to find this video (linked below), which shows that the mighty DegenerateDak has been thinking along the same lines.
--- Install the main file. The Syringer Addon is optional.
--- NOTE: The mod only requires Munitions. Vanilla Reanimations is only required if you use the included patch for it.
