Modified various chems and food that gave the player flat % damage increase or max health effect to work better with mods that unlevel the player and NPC's.

What this mod does:
1. Bloodbug Steak: +15 --> +3 Max Health for 1 hour.
2. Bobrov's Best Moonshine: +25 --> +5 Max Health for 5 minutes.
3. Buffjet: Slow Time, +3 Strength, +3 Endurance, +65 --> +13 Max Health and +35 Max AP for 15 seconds.
4. Buffout: +2 Strength, +2 Endurance and +50 --> +10 Max Health for 5 minutes.
5. Bufftats: +3 Strength, +3 Endurance, +65 --> +13 Max Health and +3 Perception for 8 minutes.
6. Deathclaw Egg Omelette: Small Health Regen (0.03% --> 0.01%) for 2 hours .
7. Deathclaw Wellingham: Small Health Regen (0.03% --> 0.01%) for 2 hours.
8. Fire Belly: Become gradually stronger (+10% Damage increase --> +3 Strength per 25% Health missing) as your health gets lower.
9. Ice Cold Nuka-Cide: +50 --> +10 Max Health for 10 minutes.
10. Ice Cold Nuka-Cooler: +50 --> +10 Max Health for 10 minutes.

Compatibility:
- Requires Nuka World and Far Harbor DLC's.
- Not compatible with mods editing the same food and chems.
- Any mod added chems or food that adds % Damage or Max Health will require manual patching.
- Compatible with Immersive Animation Framework
Recommended mods:
- True Damage or Caliber Damage Overhaul (Synthesis Patcher) to tie ballistic weapons damage to ammo they use instead of the receivers they have.
- SCOURGE or Unleveled Commonwealth (Synthesis Patcher) to unlevel NPC's, remove scaling and standardize their health and resistances.
- No Food Healing - RobCo Patch to remove healing effects from all food objects.
- No Gun Sneak Attack Multiplier removes bonus sneak attack damage from ranged weapons.
- Adrenaline Disabled (or the alternative included with True Damage) disables adrenaline bonus damage in Survival Mode.
- Bobbleheads Aren't Special removes bobbleheads bonuses.
- Magazines Are Boring removes damage related bonuses from magazines.
- Double Damage Perk Overhaul or The Boring Perk Overhaul (or the alternative included with True Damage) to modify perks adding damage to ranged weapons with alternative bonuses.
- The Boring Weapon Attachments Overhaul to remove flat % damage increase from ballistic receivers.
