Adds in Dad's Wasteland Outfit, a modified Vault Utility jumpsuit resembling James' outfit from Fallout 3.

This mod adds in an edited version of the vault utility jumpsuit from Classic Vault Outfits Pack to match what James, the player's father, wore in Fallout 3.
Alternatively, the other file adds the ability to change the color of both the vault utility and Tunnel Snakes outfits' undershirt's from white to black in the armor workbench.
Both files are ESL-flagged ESPs, meaning they won't take up a slot in your load order but you can still change it's priorityin your load order.
To find Dad's Wasteland Outfit, head to the balcony outside of Madison Li's bedroom in her apartment at the Institute. Her apartment is located at the top of the staircase to the left of the entrance to the advanced systems division.
