Until now the Vehilces had been unscrappable if you used "Lootable Cars Exiguous". This patch fixes this, now the are lootable AND scappable......
- when the AN76 adjustable wrench is equipped => you can scrap the vehicle - when anything else is equipped (Weapon) => you can loot the vehicle (if it contains loot for you...)
