This mod adds a simple Playerhome to Concord speakeasy. If you want to roleplay as a homeowner without bills this is the mod for you
It includes:
A premium bed
weapon and armor workbench
A kitchen complete with plenty of space for food prep
cleaned up floors
decorated interior
A druggies chem station
A housecat npc with ai packages
Mr Handy servant
MOD CONFLICTS: It should be fine with mods that don't modify the speakeasy interior cells.
