Before you import this settlement I recommend scrapping every item possible at coastal cottage. Unfortunately when you scrap the fire barrel by house the light source remains, which unfortunately shines through the rocks and terrain that I placed.

THE COASTAL COTTAGE HIDDEN BUNKER PLAYER HOME
This is my first ever bunker build! I made sure to cram it with as many details as possible. As it's a player home I added every crafting table and plenty of different containers to store different items. On the top of the hill you will find an abandoned/rundown shack. The bunker entrance is located behind the bookshelf.
You probably won't need every mod in the requirements list but I don't have time to check so feel free to disable mods to test it.
